It's Official


So, after switching to a vegan diet to kill a kidney infection that three rounds of antibiotics couldn't take care of, I've decided to stay vegan. And the great thing- other than losing 15 pounds, feeling better than I have in years, and finally getting rid of the kidney infection- is that the food is SOOO good! My most recent find? Papa G's BBQ Tofu, made right here in Portland. Great with mashed potatoes and collard greens. Mmmmm... should be a tasty adventure!
